​With a primary focus on promoting literacy in the 5th Ward Community, Olevia Community Development Corporation is building a Library in the 5th Ward Community as a resource where all ages can enjoy the mind developing experience of reading. This one-of- kind space will not only house books, but will also utilize technology for it's volumes. The Olevia CDC "Mobile Library " will be utilized while the physical Library is being constructed and thereafter.
